Payment made no delivery as washing machine out of stock

I purchased a top loader 13kg washing machine on Wednesday 10th August at Game SouthGate and I asked for the machine to be delivered on Friday 12th. I called The store today asking is my machine going to be delivered and the lady said yes. Now she calls me and tell me that there is no stock and the warehouse is expecting stock next week. This is extremely poor service I should have been told this when I made the purchase.
