Payment cannot be located how ?

I'm not happy with Game RCS I made payment on the 29th March via Capitec online payments , even till now they can't find my payment it's lost somewhere and my credit record is being badly affected because of this . They need to come back to me asap R500 is alot of money for me to just let it go . Also RCS they take forever to reply to your email so really hello Peter should be my only solution here and proof of payment was sent too but still they can't track this payment with ref no from PayPal what what I used ?? Extremely annoyed
