Pay for trolley

The first time in my entire life plus having 5 years retail experience that I heard you need to buy something in store in order to get a trolley to use in the mall. After purchasing various items at 5 different shops in zevenwacht mall the security tells me I can't take a trolley for my 2 year old that was tired of walking for 2hours I needed to purchase something but as I entered the store I saw a gentleman that was doing the exact same thing for his son older than my daughter and he didn't have to purchase a anything. So I bought airtime even though I didn't need it coz I just purchased airtime this morning. Ms Mgxekwa from SVA Compliance took a break and he colleague from whom I got the name stopped me once again and said I can't leave the store with and empty trolley but my 5 bags, child and airtime was in the trolley. ***!!! I was so ****ed off and told him that much. So they trolleys are free in the parking lot or buy the trolley guy but not in store. I will never shop at the mall again. Game Zevenwacht you suck.
