Pathetic, Un-educated arrogant employees at Game Eastgate Mall

<p>Hi we went to the Game store at Eastgate Mall on 30th December 2016 to purchase a Shox Groove bluetooth speaker. At the till the packing lady named Christina Matujies was very rude and arrogant towards me as I was asking assistance from the store employee to help my sister who was injured in the store. The packing lady started getting rude saying we must just make the payment and worry about my sister later then got ****** with me and said that "Your'll should just go back to Angola". I spoke to another employee there name Mohamed who couldn't give me a proper response and had no idea how to handle the situation. The lady then walked away and started swearing at me with vulgar language. I asked for the Game headoffice number and when I searched online I found out that they had given me a wrong number. I would like to know WHY DOES GAME HIRE UN-EDUCATED, ARROGANT UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WITH NO TRAINING QUAILITIES. </p>
