PATHETIC, SLOW service from Game

Game is a joke! It has been 3 weeks since I placed, and cancelled an undelivered online order and still to this day did GAME not make any contact with me AT ALL. Nor do I have a refund in progress. I contacted game 6 times in the last 2 weeks to follow up and all they can say is 'it is being escalated'. If a 2- 3 week wait on an escalated process is acceptable then I can't imagine the normal process....pathetic customer service I will NEVER shop at game ever again. Please just process my refund so I can move on and spend my money at a reliable and customer focussed retailer. Apparently they are waiting for someone at Zewenwacht branch to process something in the system for the past week.
