Pathetic service ...Very Bad

Very bad service...Horrible in fact. I ordered two related product then Game decided to deliver only 1. I then follow-up , I was promised but never delivered within the promised timelines. The items were supposed to be a Birthday Gift and I ordered 0n the 22 July 2022 and still not delivered on the 02 August 2022. And it is still at their storage facilities on the 02 August 2022. This is so pathetic.

I requested my refund.
