Pathetic service Still no refund in my account

I bought some items from Game which was once again unable to source it. I paid on the 11th of August telling me 5 days and my refund will reflect. I constantly have to follow up with them, to find out today nobody is even busy with my transaction in correcting it since they do not have all the correct details. Pathetic pathetic service and I am now seeing this as theft from their side since no effort is being made to pay me back. R1299.00. If I could give less stars I would! Last time buying from Game, they get worse and worse, but this is the last straw.
