Pathetic Service - Online order

I placed an order online on the 8th of April, to date i haven't received my order. Every time i call or chat with customer care, i am told they can't track my order, and they will contact me as soon as they receive feedback. For close to 2 months, they are failing to give me feedback. #***. i even opted to cancel the order, that still is not happening. I was told someone will call me and confirm cancellation within 5-7 working days. It has been more than 7 days, still game is not responding to me. I must say this is a pathetic service i have ever received. Today the 13th of May 2022, i am told my issue is sent to the relevant department and they will contact me, and i know that is not going to happen.
