Pathetic service & no goods

Last year in November I visited Game midrand and they had stock of 1 sprinkler set at a reduced price, another customer got to it before me, I was told by the male working there to keep checking at the store as they at any time can have more...this hasn't happened since then. I then got a promotion email last week about the sunbeam fan, I visited the store on Sunday, walked up and down the isle and could not find this item, there was no1 in this isle to even assist, I spoke to another lady, she told me she will get the person working there...she never came back to me, I then wrote my details in the book, I call head office today and was told they will not receive any more stock of this fan and I should have been offered another fan?? this again was not done, I was in need of a fan and purchased a cheap fan from Game until they could get stock of the Sunbeam...you guys SUCK
