Pathetic Service, "Game Promise" Yes game promises nothing!! Online Orders PATHETIC!!!!!

Ordered something online on the 28th, made a immediate payment.. promised to deliver within 3 days!! No response no delivery, called numerous times and I cannot be helped as they don't know where my order is. Called Carry by the online orders and first she said that she will look into it and call me back, after two hours I had to call back and she said she forgot to call back. Then I had to explain everything all over again, ok she said she will call me back in 5min so that she can just rephrase on what was said. No call back after 30min, I had to call once again, still she said she don't think it will be delivered today. If I knew the service is so pathetic I would have never bought from GAME!! I will make sure none of my friends or family will ever purchase anything from you as GAME cannot keep their promise. If you have a black Friday overflow that is none of my business I spend money for service I'm not receiving.!! Really unhappy. if you cant keep up DONT HAVE A ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
