Pathetic!! service. GAME online is ****!! Watch out!!!
Bought a dashcam online. Worst mistake ever. I have up to today been to 2 different game physical stores and they all reffered me back to email them. I have since exchanged dozens of emails with them requesting to return the dashcam. I initiated the process from the day it arrived because i tried using it and it would not stay still on my car window. It keeps falling away such that it doesnt serve its purpose The email support has been the worst because they would reply and ask for more information. I responded very promptly to those emails and there would be no further correspondence or any action for that matter coming on their side. Lesson learnt. Mistake not to be done again.

14 Sept 2020, 17:00They still have not made any contact with me people. Dont be fooled by this email. Game doesnt care. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they still have not made any contactc with me. They just responded here to look good but they are not.
