pathetic service game gateway

I would like to say that game gateway has the worst service thus far..i waited for an hour at the tv department to get help from a manager named Justin who know one could get ahold of..the staff working there were extremely useless an one guy was busy on a personal call and got annoyed when I asked to speak to the general manager..the sad reality it seems as if they don't want the business..they don't even know what their processes are and cannot comprehend how to use common sense...i was told that they cannot get my tv delivered to me an I had to fetch it from nandi drive..yet when I spoke to nkosinathi at the warehouse. he said that delivery can take place everyday if need be...game gateway your service stinks...and i ****ing bought tvs..

Good day , Zubair a manager from game gateway calls me now , you wonder why the service stinks is due to the people that leads them. He is just as useless as the staff that work there. This is a sad reality , I work for a corporate industry , I own my own business aswell, clients swear at a situation and not at you directly is understandable, so please get someone higher than Zubair to address this cause he does nit have what it takes to be a manager at senior level, I will post this on all social networks so clients know the type of people you have working for your industry.
