Pathetic service game gateway

I had visited the game store at the gateway shooping centre to purchase a diy bic set, there was a guy that helped to get the stock from the storeroom and put them onto a trolley...at that point i was under the impression that he would help me to get to the till points, which never happened so myself and my wife had to take the trolleys to the till which we did...then it got worst....the cashier made me remove all of the boxes from the trolleys..which were quite heavy,then i had complained to her saying that its unacceptable for me has a customer to be doing this..i then payed for the goods and tryed to load the boxes back onto the trolleys which in the peocess of doing my wife had injuryed herself while other GAME staff watched us suffer to get the stuff onto the trolley and another customer from the next till saw us suffer abd helped us load the stuff on the trolley. It was the worst customer service that i have ever come across in my whole life .....stuff member should be trained on how to go the extra mile for a customer and i will never in my life shop at that store again.really pathetic service.
