PATHETIC service game galleria Durban

I always go to game galleria Durban to shop or pay bills. Went there on Wednesday 1 july to pay bills & saw the 53rd birthday promo. I phoned them on Friday to enquire about something iro the birthday promo left 3 messages for the manager to call me back who never did!!!! I phoned on Saturday again spoke to a Mr moodley who could answer nothing I asked him about the birthday promo. I then insisted that he get the manager a Mr Peter mathee to call me back. Guess what ! The manager did NOT bother to phone me. What kind of useless inefficient pathetic service is this!!!
