Pathetic service Game

I am very fed up with Game KC . I purchased LG reciever system in march 2018 .I went to the store to tell them to collect it because its faulty so they rep**** no i must bring it in store the system is big i told them how a am i suppose to bring it in i then brought it the following week but lost the slip on my way the second time they said no sorry we will no look at itwithouta slip they then said they would request there head office to print a copy thereof to datethey still did not give me a slip or collected the item its still under garantee they just keep saying they waiting for head office and the dont know when that will be this is. Unexceptable i am still paing nd its been 2 months now. Please help.
