PATHETIC SERVICE FROM STAFF AND MANAGEMENT NOWHERE TO BE FOUND

Has anyone attended at Game Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg lately? The service is pathetic! There is only one till open, as we approach the till the lady got up and walked away. Leaving us with NO ONE TO HELP US for over 15 minutes, the rest of the staff just stand around and chat with each other. This is not even the first time this happened. A few days before this occurrence, I went to renew my card... all the staff just stared at me and did everything in their power to avoid the customers. I even asked a lady if she can help me and she said no it's not her department... then I asked her to get the person whose department it is... she left and never came back. I had to raise my voice to get service. I hate it!
