Pathetic service from Sinovuyo at Care line

On 02/11/2019, I phoned the customer careline and spoke to Sinovuyo who was not helpful, was rude. How can a person with that attitude work in a customer service environment. Last week I received an email from Game on specials , one of the days it was on the educational laptop for children for +/-R540. Being advertised it is on promotion but the that is not the case as it is the same price normally. It is misleading as a promotion. therefore I called to query from customer care and Sinovuyo was unhelpful.. I requested a customer care manager for Game itself to call me but she says she will get any store to contact me. I said that is not going to resolve the query as i did speak top store and they advised to contact careline. I left my number wit her and no call from 2/11/2019 to date. Pathetic service from careline, why have a care line if they not interested in caring for their customers.
