Pathetic service from Games Galeria

We walked into games in Galeria the worst service ever, I was actually disgusted at the service, I was moving into a new place went to the department that had tiles n lino and carpet, we first asked a staff member to help us to measure a carpet just to show us how big that roll of carpet was, she sed she will be back and dissappeared, left us standing there like idiots, then we went to the appliances where I wanted to buy the Salton mini kitchen which was on special, asked the guy in dat department for help, he sent us to look in the front of the store as he sed it was moved there, only to find there was nothing there I asked to speak to a manager to complain about the poor service as I was shown who she was, I approached her Kogila chetty and she turned looked at me and den turned back to her computer and ignored me, I then spoke to a male staff who took us back to the appliance department to get some help from lucky and he informed us every stove was sold however he sed he could give us what was on display for R30 off and we agreed, he also informed us that there was no box, so we showed concern about the stove if there was a fault and asked if they would return it without a box he informed us they would and told us to meet us at the till, when we was at the till they made us wait so long to cash out the items and then the manager Kogila chetty was gossiping with the supervisor Lucia maphumulo because I heard them discuss in Zulu about why Lucky gave us R30 discount on the display item. Even the cashier Cashier olwethu msimango had a big mouth with us and was extremely rude. It was the worst experience I ever had in any store in my life because I questioned them about what dey was speaking in Zulu the supervisor Lucia maphumulo ignored us blankly and left us standing at the till waiting for her to apply the discount, then wen she finally came I asked her if they can stamp or sign our slip just to say it's a display item incase we have a problem in future with that item. Because of that long horrific experience, the truck that was moving my furniture was waiting at my house for 3 hrs and I had to endure all the extra cost because of the pathetic service at games Galeria. I am apphauled at this experience shopping at games Galeria and never wish to find myself again there. However as we walked out furious at the service, the security guard Prudence mncwabe was so kind and helpful she wrote on our slip that the item was on display and that's all we asked the supervisor to do incase we had a problem. I hire the truck to move my furniture for an hour and yet paid more than 4hrs due to the delay at games.
