PATHETIC SERVICE FROM GAME STORES

We purchased office chairs & a cellular phone on the 29th November 2022 . This unfortunately has not been delivered to date (9th Jan 2023: 1500 pm). In a country where we struggle for service, who would have thought after paying for something a month +ago we would be still awaiting delivery. People need to be held accountable from the top down in order to rectify such putrid and despicable service. The call costs, time wasted, and frustration endured during this long haul of a delivery begs to question whether one should be doing business with an organization of sorts. I still await a call from management or even the CEO for that matter to resolve such , but seemingly nothing to date. WOW GAME WOW-We are not amazed nor amused
