Pathetic service from Game online store
I placed an order with game on 24 April 2020. I recieved an email last week stating that my order has been delivered. Yet I have not recieved anything. I have called numerous times held on for minutes on end and yet there is no response. THey dont respond to your mails or to your message. THey are pathetic worst service I have erver recieved from a retailer. Game I want an answer form you. How the heck do you verify that the person who recieved the parcel is the samw person who placed the order. your service is pathetic

Firstly I have been eharing the same story for the past few days. Each tiem you call or speak to soemone online I get told that you will respond in 72 hours and to date there has been no cal from any manager at game. Your service is pathetic with the SA Consumer Complaints comission.
