Pathetic service from Game Online

Purchased a laptop with printer online on the 17 June 2020 and still not delivered. This was bought for a new employee who was meant to begin working for us. Called their call center practically every day to be told that there had been a problem and it will be delivered the next day. When you escalate the problem you get told the same thing from the supervisors.... Game head office is closed for bsuiness until further notice so no recourse.
