Pathetic service from Game Mall of Africa

Made an online purchase for an item which was supposed to be collected on 3 July 2022. To date the store is quiet about the order and when you call in you're told they don't have stock, where is TCF in all of this??? No urgency whatsoever. The worst customer service experience ever.
