Pathetic service from Game

I ordered a Asus laptop 12 July 2022, waited, queried and waited some more. Yesterday, a bubble wrapped Mecer laptop arrives, which has been used and repaired. I don't get any feedback from them. I paid R9000 for the laptop, this laptop is R4000 according to the invoice. Absolutely pathetic service from Game. I mean, this is a Major retailer???!!!
