Pathetic service from Game Ermelo

We went to buy the Defy 348l fridge for R6499 but the staff was not helpful at all!!! The one did not even bother to get up from his chair and the other gentleman asked us if we really want it now. He then said it is out of stock and we don't even know if he checked for stock. The special is ending on 24/12/2022 and he did not even want to write it in the "call back" book, I had to insist on it.
