Pathetic service from GAME Cresta

I bought a defective washing machine from GAME after some few weeks I reported to GAME that their machine wasn't working. GAME refused to inform SAMSUNG and sent me back to do certain troubleshooting techniques which didn't work. I went back to GAME again and again and at all times they refused to report the issue to SAMSUNG but with a new troubleshooting technique for me to do. Mind you GAME consultants aren't technicians.

This is all happening despite me informing them that I have tried everything that was in the manual. So fast forward to now which is 7 months later and GAME has distanced themselves from the matter leaving me to deal with their supplier who has been nothing but rude, and ***********. GAME doesn't want to be held accountable and I am still stuck with a defective washing machine.
