Pathetic service from Game Cradlestone

I am disgusted by the Game store in Cradlestone Mall. I I was attempting to purchase a PS5 here at the Game in Mall of Africa (MOA). The lady at MOA advised that the console is available at branch in Cradlestone. We tried calling Cradlestone and they advised that they only sell it online. When trying to purchase it online, the website does not allow me to add it to the basket. Upon calling them again, they just stuck to their script that it can only be purchased online however when we enquired on “the how part” , they could not provide a response. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!
