Pathetic service from Game Clearwater mall

Today called 4 times to find out availability of 40 kg trojan barbell set.

4 times held on waiting after being transferred till the line dropped.

Called again switch board lady promised to call back.

1 hour went by no call came. Only when i called irate did then assist only to get told theres no stock but on their website it shows theres stock.

So if i had driven and queued i would wasted my fuel n time.
