Pathetic Service from Game Canal Walk

I'm doing cellphone upgrades at Game stores for years and notice that the service level has dropped to pathetic level . Today I walked out of two stores twice with no upgrade due pathetic service from staff to management. It is absolute disgrace first it's staff not available then out of stock then codes not working then a debate between two stores about what paperwork the customer must have to do an upgrade ,one store can do it the other says no . In this day and age where businesses is struggling these guys just don't care . STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF
