Pathetic service from Game Bela-Bela

We lay-by a tv and the day we went to settle the outstanding amount and to take the tv, they told us it’s not available, it is only available in Hammanskraal branch and that we will get it after a few days. Those few days when we went back, the tv was not there and that the one they had was damaged. They called Mokopane branch for the very same tv, they gave us the same story that it will be delivered after 4 days, which was not the true. We asked for a refund. Pathetic service and rudeness from staff members.
