Pathetic service from game and camp master regarding gazebo damage

I recently purchased a discovery gazebo from Game stores which broke with the wind. Was out fishing and had the side panels up. The wind blew the gazebo over and 2 of the legs bent just under the clips. I took it back to Game who contacted Camp Master where I was told it's a natural disaster. I dont see this as a valid reason as the gazebo is a heavy duty and should withstand winds. To top it off the gazebo is sold with the side panels so it should be used and be able to withstand winds with the side panels. I spoke to a guy from camp master who requested I send him and email with pictures of what was damaged and he would get a quote on the repairs. The gazebo is still well under warranty and yet I have gotten no feedback at all and have followed up as well with zero feedback. This is pathetic service from Game and camp master and they should be realistic about their poor customer service and lack of accountability for their pathetic low quality products.
