Pathetic service from Game.

Bought a chain saw from Game.Toke it home.Put petrol in and try to start it nothing.Toke it back and now they send it to have it repaired.It is brand new never started.Ask for a replacement but they refuse.They wil also not give my money back.I need to cut a tree in front of my yard that is falling onto my neightber yard.Now i need to pay somebody R2000 to have it removed.Wil NERVER buy anything from Game again..
