Pathetic service from game

Received absolutely pathetic service from game online. It will be th first and last time that I buy from game. I purchased an item online on the 9th of April 2022 and delivery is scheduled for 16th April 2022. When u followed up with the call center this week the first person made me hold on for 35 minutes and then just cut the call. The second guy Fandiso that I spoke to on 14th April 2022 said that the order is with game rosebank and they are having issues with dispatching my order, he promised to call me back but never did. Today when I called the call center (15th April 2022) the agent was a bit rude from the beginning of the call, he eventually transferred me to someone at the rosebank branch who was absolutely useless she said to me that there is no stock of my item that I purchased and I need to phone the call center to change my order to another branch, i called again the lady said she cannot do anything its a holiday. Firstly I did not choose any branch it is an online order and secondly if I did not keep on following up no one would have told me what was going on. Why must I call and change the order as a store if you have iternal issue sort it out don't make it my problem. Game was very quick to take my money but cannot deliver what i paid for. Absolutely pathetic disgusting service game. Theives take money from customers but then say there is no stock after I called so many times to follow up. Pathetic
