Pathetic service from Game

Trying to cancel my Game account since, September 2019. The last lady i spoke to said my account wasn't cancelled properly... That is why they keep on deducting monies even though there is no balance outstanding. There was no deduction end of March but they deducted end of April and now again end of May... Excuse me yes but they had no deduction March and then they deducted April and now again May so it's clearly not closed. All i ever hear: 36 days pending to cancel and then i'm put on hold till call is cut off!
