Pathetic service from GAME

Please guys do NOT consider opening a Game Store account. They are pathetic service! . I am trying to close my account for the past 2 months now ! They keep charging me a service fee after i paid it and NOT actually closing my account. .everytime when i call in they say that they will escalate the issue but rather to charge me everytime. Im definitely taking this further if this account has not been closed!
