Pathetic service
Before purchasing a TV on the 21 december from Game Galleria i clearly said to the salesman that delivery must be done before Christmas due o it being a gift. Just to make a sale he(Sthembiso Chiya) gave me his word that it would be delivered on Tuesday the 24 Dec... I had to cancel plans just to wait for the delivery.. I called the store numerous times of which no one answered. 27 Dec I called and spoke to TC who had taken down my details and promised to call me back which I'm still waiting for... I have plans for this week and no one is assisting me even the *** still has not got back to me.... Worst service ever.. Pathetic... They don't even deserve a star...

Its amazing how fast I could get a response on Hello Peter but yet the game agent didn't even know how to assist me. Your customer services team need training and the galleria guys need to catch a wake up and return customer calls.. I will be paying the store manager a visit soon... I had to contact your head office and demand for my overdue delivery,I guess they make all the free delivery customers hang .... And all of a sudden a guy calls saying his on his way to make delivery
