Pathetic service

I purchased a washing machine from Game Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti October 2022. Within the first year the machine stopped working unable to wash, spin or air-dry. I have contacted Game Galleria since October 2023 because my machine still falls under manufacturers warranty,I have to date received no joy from them .empty promises as they won't even return my call or schedule someone to come out and check on the machine. I have made numerous attempts to contact the store and all went in vain. Is there anyway someone can assist any further please as I am now absolutely dissapointed in the customer service I have been receiving.
