Pathetic service

I went game at mall of Africa today to buy airtime for R150 and I only had cash which it was two R50 and three R20, one of the R20 had inke on the corner which I have withdrawn in the morning.i was assisted by the laid her name is sheila she was very rude and her service is very pathetic she dont serve to work with customers at all. I wonder how treat other customers.if she dont change her attitude she wont survive in dealing with client.i think she doesn't know that no customer no salary. She suppose to appreciate her and humble her self.some of people they are in need of job more special now in this pandemic.she must learn how to speak to people I'm not a kid
