Pathetic Service !!!!!

Pathetic service received from Game. I have placed an order online on the 25th of September and have still not received my parcel. I have been calling the customer care line for the past week and they all give me different stories. They have promised me that a supervisor will contact me but that has not happened either. As a first time customer ordering online, I am truly disappointed in this service.
