Pathetic service delivery
I ordered a TV on 01/04/2024, delivery was supposed to take place withing 2-5 days. It's the 10th and there's still no TV in sight. I've made numerous calls to your contact centre, my delivery keeps getting rebooked. All the agents just keep spinning the same story, "package will be delivered tomorrow" we currrently on 8 tomorrows. Jesus might come back before I get my TV.
I need my order resolved or my refund ASAP. I'll go buy the TV from Incredible Connection.
