pathetic service delivery

exceptionally bad service from online stuff. I placed an order on the 11 april and they promised to deliver in 3-5 wrking days. 6 days later I still don't have the order and the status says it is dispatched.

I am very disappointed at the service I have received. they are not helpful at all. and they do not deliver on their promise.

Please respond to the email sent requesting information on whether the package has been delivered yet so that we can look into this matter further.
