PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

I would like to start off by saying I am very dissatisfied about the service I received from Game.

I placed an order on the 13th of December, whereby YOUR policy states I'll receive my package within 3-5 working days. I started phoning on the 17th enquiring about the status of my package, I couldn't get a clear answer. I followed up daily after that with one consultant even advising me that their policy states 3-5 working days and thus they have until the 21st at 17:00 to deliver the package.

The 21st came and went without anything being delivered.

On the 24th I phoned yet again and I was advised that they are OUT OF STOCK. I asked for a refund and the consultant advised me that I will receive a email to confirm above. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

This kind of service delivery is exactly what's wrong with our country, if I was advised the first day that you were out of stock I would of gotten the children another present for Christmas, but this never came up once in all the conversations. And now, everyone at Game is apparently dead as I have received no response or feedback from Game after numerous emails.

And then also, why have a delivery policy if you won't abide by it, empty promises!
