PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought Defy fridge on 17th December 2018 cash R4 899 from Game Vosloorus(Chris hani Mall). On the 21Feb 2019 the fridge stop working and we reported the issue and a service technician came and serviced the fridge and ref no: ***. Again on the 15.08.2019 i logged a call with game and i was told the Technician will will come and service fridge (***), technician came on the 19.08.2019 and was not able to identify why the fridge was loosing gas. I went to Game Vosloorus to refund the unit as i cannot stand this nonsense. Here i was arguing with the store Manager Tensie Morabe who said the will send another Technician to fix the fridge or replace it with a new one. I do not want their product as they are very *********. I requested a signed agreement that does not allow me to get my refund and they couldn't help. They only care about the commission that goes into their pocket and not customer service. I don't know why customers has to deal with their unreliable supplier from DEFY who sells pathetic products. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM GAME EVER AGAIN.I want my money back
