Pathetic service, charged for extra item

Bought a kids swing set which going on special. Was supposed to come with a see saw. There was not a single consultant to help me in the section. Eventually we get a consultant who tells us we need to go to the tills to create an order for the product as the see saw was out of stock. The cashier tells us we need to go to the manager to get the order made. The manager tells us we need to go to the consultant. No one seemed to know anything and the service was pathetic. Eventually the order gets made. The manager was supposed to contact me to give me an ETA on the product or tell me where I can pick it up from, this never happened. Further I have noticed that I was charge individually for the swing set and the see saw instead of the special price.
