PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi , Im totally concerned and disturbed by the quality of your flat screen TV and i haven't even started on your return policy.

I bought a TV on the 22.12.2020 and it just switched off. Went to the store and was told ill need to speak to head office as they cant help me inside the store. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE .

Can someone urgently contact me regarding this?
