Pathetic service

I purchased a Hisense Fridge from the Game Store, Ballito branch on the 10.01.2025. I was told by the sales men that the item will be delivered on the 11.01.2025 in the afternoon. Upon calling them to follow up on the delivery. I was then told that payment is not reflecting, however I did payment at the till and received a tax invoice as well. I was then told by the store manager that this can only be resolved by the IT department on Monday. Absolutely pathetic service.
