Pathetic service by shanitha

<p>i currently reside in JHB and was at Game City View Umgeni Rd Durban when i saw a tv unit that i liked . I waited for Denna(another pathetic rude arrogant staff member) whom took forever to come to my aid . </p> <p> </p> <p>I simply requested for my item to be paid in Dbn at their branch but the delivery was to be made from Game in The Mall of South Gauteng. Deena advised it is possible and took an hour to arrange it with th ebranch in JHB . </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told delivery was goin to be made the following monday of which i had to break a day away from work to sign for delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>At 12 on monday i recieved no notification of delivery or anything and decided to call mall of south jhb .I spoke to Kopano who adviosed me that no order was placed by Deena from Game Dbn. meaning deena being th eincompetant fool that he is was more interested in making that sale and getting that money than actually fullfilling the complete deal . </p> <p> </p> <p>I called in the next day and spoke to Shanita who is the Store manager , who as well, was blatantly rude, shouting and advising me that it was not her error but deenas and she coukd not assist . </p> <p> </p> <p>it was Kopano from MAll of Africa Gauteng that actually got my item ordered and delivered ,even though he was not to blame for any of it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shanitha then called in advising me that she was going to get her manager to contact me which to date has not happened . </p> <p> </p> <p>im really disgusted with GAme City View in umgeni rd durban . Its sad that you employ staff that are so incompetant , its like you yourself dont care about your customers , dont understand how u get a 50 year old man to work so *********ly as a customer liasion .</p> <p> </p> <p>Shanitha, just promised and never kept up to it . Lies was all she fed me with . </p> <p> </p> <p>Bare in mind nobody has contacted me to date , the item has a few scratches ,and to be honest game is so useless that even if i have to report my item being damaged upon delivery , i would never hear from you .</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER NEVER NEVER go to GAme City View, Nomatter how quiet they are , you will wait hours for assistance and that too in th emost disgusting manner possible .</p> <p> </p> <p>Shanitha and deena, I really hope your managers assess yourl based on competance instead of bull**** .</p>
