Pathetic service by game online store

Pathetic service ever. I'm so disappointed at how game treat its online customer. It's pathetic to say the list. I ordered online on the 10th of October 2021 and only received some of my order on the 19th of October and I told them I'm missing the pillowcases I've been told lies after lies until today I'm yet to receive the pillowcases. Ridiculous store and as for service I don't know if I can use the word in a same sentence as game. I'm so furious right now. I purchased 2 duvet cover sets, sheet set, dustbin and pillowcases, received the others except the damn pillowcases. Order number ***
