Pathetic service by Game Fleurdal Bloemfontein

https://www.facebook.com/share/169uzmFB2z/ Game Stores is one store that I will never buy any item from them. On 2025/09/20 I bought two Raleigh bicycles for R3000 CASH for my 2 boys. Within a week, the brand new bicycle of R2000 was having bearing problems and I returned the bicycle to Game Fleurdal.

Instead of them accepting it as factory fault they opted to fix/replace the bearings and returned it to us. Another three days passed and the very same problem occurred. Returned the bicycle again on 9 October 2025, they booked it in and promised to fix it within a week.

Today, the 27 October 2025, after 17 full days, I came to talk to the store manager and guess what. The bicycle is not fixed yet and they cant even replace it for a new bicycle as a factory fault cos "seemingly the bearings" are not under warranty as its only the bicycle frame thats under warranty.

Left the place with information from the guy that helped me that the technician fixing the bicycle is only available in Wednesday and only thereafter will they tell me when to fetch my bicycle.

Im one very unhappy customer and vowed to myself that I will never ever buy any item from Game stores not even a bar of soap.
