Pathetic service

Game Mall of Africa customer service is the most pathetic and ****ty experience that I've ever came across.The admin manager i believe her name is Kholiswa has a very stinking attitude. She took forever to authorise the simplest whilst telling me that i can either wait or leave when i told her that ive been waiting for too long

Mind you, i was with my 4 year old and 2 year old kids whom ended up sleeping in the store because we were there for more 4 hours
