Pathetic service

I have previously wrote a review on my bad service from Game N1 city Cellphones department. Customer service then contacted me to inform me that the store will be finding stock for me as I've been waiting for so long. The store then contacted me and I spoke to Lihle. He asked me to come in to fill in a application for the contract deal, which I did om the very same day. He told me that it would take up to two days for vodacom to get back to them. The Wednesday I received a sms directly from vodacom regarding invoice and itemised billing being linked to my email adress, which indicates that the application was approved on their end. Yet on Friday Lihle phoned me to tell me that it was not approved. I honestly don't appreciate being **** to. It's not my fault that Game doesn't have stock of something they chose to advertise thrice. Now you decide to lie and mislead me because you don't have stock? This is truly pathetic service and I am truly disgusted by this. Definitely won't be shopping at Game ever again.
